What HypnoNews is

HypnoNews is an independent editorial publication covering hypnotherapy research, written in plain language. These Terms govern your use of the website hypnonews.com (“Website”) and the editorial content published on it.

HypnoNews is operated by Lab 106, MB, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Lithuania (“we”, “us”, “our”). Full registration and contact details are at the bottom of this page.

By using this Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Use of content

You may read, browse, and share links to our articles. You may quote short passages in your own work with clear attribution to HypnoNews and a link to the source article. Republication of full articles, automated scraping, and use of HypnoNews content to train AI models are not permitted without prior written consent — email [email protected].

If commenting is enabled in the future, the comments you post remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to display them in connection with the article, with attribution. We may moderate or remove comments that breach our editorial standards.

Editorial independence

Lab 106 MB, the operator of HypnoNews, also develops or plans to develop other products in adjacent categories: HypnoRe (a hypnotherapy app), HypnoWay (planned), and Ferrelly (planned). The HypnoNews editorial team is the sole decision-maker for what we cover and how we rate it.

When we review one of our own products, we apply the same editorial firewall as for any other: comparative reviews must include at least two competitors, the methodology must be disclosed, and we never assign a top ranking automatically. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts, subject to the EU consumer carve-out above.
